I am extremely impressed with the entire staff and how professional and genuine they are in caring for their patients and Dr. Maack and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable and as if I am their only patient during my appointments.
Dr Maack spent an unexpected amount of time with me making sure I was comfortable with what he was doing and making sure he knew what needed to be done to fix both the external and internal injuries I had sustained in an accident. The whole staff was friendly, kind and helpful!
I have had 2 nose surgeries with Dr Maack. He answered all my questions and was very honest about recovery. He called me at home each time after surgery to check on me and assured me that things went well and how I was feeling was normal.
Dr. Maack and his entire staff are amazing! I always feel welcomed and cared for. I would recommend Dr. Maack to ANYONE!
