I was in the ER, choking on my own blood. When my symptoms stopped for a second, Dr. Uribe said I could probably go home. He shrugged. I explained the vomiting would come back, and he said there was nothing he could do for me bc there was a shortage of iv bags. I understand that, but I don't think that justifies giving up and sending me home bc he didn't know what to do.
