Dr. Rehnquist is great. Just make sure his staff don’t charge extra if your insurance covers 100%.
Dr. Rehnquist was thorough in his evaluation and discussed my treatment needs and treatment options. His staff is very friendly. They offer confirmation of appointments via email, text, and phone. They also provide appointment reminders before each appointment. I have never run into issues with scheduling as I always confirm or call ahead of time to change my appointments. I have been seen by Dr. Rehnquist for over 16 years and I will not go anywhere else.
Dr. Rehnquist was recommended to me when I first moved to Mount Vernon in 2016. I have been seeing him since that time and have nothing but praise for him and his staff. They are very easy to work with on scheduling appointments, appointment reminders via text, and have wonderful personalities. Dr. Rehnquist is an excellent dentist, always taking the time to make you comfortable and pain free. I would highly recommend him.
I took the day off to go to my dental appointment only to find out that they had moved me off the schedule because i had not called back and confirm appointment. I had never heard from them through email nor phone call although they insist that they called me. The lady at the receptionist desk said they had always had the policy, but i had never had an issue before. I guess i will have to find a new dentist and would not recommend due to unprofessionalism.
