**** beware***** I brought my elderly client with memory issues in to have an implant removed per the dental plan, from her dentist. I explained to two staff, Carla at the front desk and the assistant that brought her back that she has short term memory loss, and anything beyond the treatment plan should be discussed with me, before doing anything, without consent. I had a tooth extracted today. Thank you for getting me in on the same day, I didn't want to have problems with it over the holidays. None of the other locations were willing to get me in :-( Dr. W is a very pleasant doctor. If I had a choice in doctors for this procedure, I would pick him. He seems like he enjoys what he does I had a good amount of anesthesia, I could feel pain during the extraction I am not very upset about that.
