The receptionist was excellent very friendly and professional I get nervous visiting a dentist and i felt calm, Dr. Shapiro has a calming way took the time to explain everything that has to be done and told me to call if I had any questions
I saw Dr. Shapiro as a kid and had to stop going when I became an adult because of insurance. My whole family still sees him and has always loved him, so when I found out he was in network again, I was so happy and booked an appointment right away. After almost 20 years, I finally went back and everything was just as great as I remembered. Kris, my hygienist, was amazing and made everything so comfortable and painless.
