Dr. Richard Shapiro is a great dentist. He is very professional and extremely efficient. He takes time to explain to his patients what needs to be done and does a very good job in doing so. He is not just a great dentist. He is also great person. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He treats his patients and staff with the utmost respect which is nothing short of terrific. Michelle, my hygienist is amazing. She is competent, professional and friendly. A real gem! Dr Shapiro is kind and caring and explains things so well. Diane , the office manager, greets everyone with a smile. She is so efficient and nice!
