No follow up no nothing. Good luck calling and get a hold of an actual human being in the office. I had my annual checkup and don't know if everything is ok or not. They asked questions during check up and I brought up some concerns but none was addressed.
Stay away!!! I have been trying to get a simple blood pressure medication prescription renewed for 3 weeks with Dr. Shack’s office. They have outsourced their administration to an offshore Indian team and there is no way to directly contact your provider. I have begged for a phone call but NOTHING! The competence of your doctor does not matter if they are dis-organized and incapable of administering their patients. I have resorted to urgent care at great cost to get my prescription filled. Have been using NAPC for decades. Great docs and friendly receptionists. Dr. Shack is very patient and listens to his patients.
