Four years after a procedure they get back to me with half the results!! Asked for several referrals and she said she would and never did! Prescription needed never ordered!Been going there 9 years and the last 3 have been the worst! 10 people working in office and they can’t even or ever call me back after I’ve called them!! Today is the second time I call in two weeks wanting my results and they don’t get back to me or say they need to talk with doctor first and never get back to me!!
I've only seen him once, moved here from AZ! I am not fond of medical profession but find him extremely knowledgeable and caring.
I went for my appointment and they were too busy learning their new computer system they didn't even acknowledge the patients sitting in the waiting room. They said they would reschedule me and have not called back yet. It's been a week. Horrible management.
