Front desk needs training. Lack of customer service. There is no need to speak to a person if they just say “ I am just the front desk and I cannot answer any questions.” As the front of the medical practice, they should be able to handle calls better.

Not a knock on the doctor, but the doctor's office offers no response to inquiries and does not pick up the phone. Brought it to the attention of my insurance and referring PCP. People go to you because they are genuinely concerned for their health. You have at least the obligation to follow up, and if you cannot provide care, give patients options on how to do so. You are a doctor's office. Your policy and practice also need to show some compassion.

Let me start by saying that I’m not eating the Doctor himself as I never got a chance to see him. I’m rating the office as they NEVER EVER pick up the phone line. I tried multiple times to call to make an appointment, left messages and no one reached out. Actually one called me back 4 hours later and put me on hold for 40 minutes. No jock 40 minutes on hold that I had to hang up. Called again twice and left messages, and no surprise, no answer. If you get a chance to be successful to make appointment, lucky you.
