On 4/26/19, I brought my mom in for her throat exam. I will not talk about this doctor’s rudeness on one instance during our conversation, but I will talk about his lack of communication. During the exam, the doctor did not communicate to us, he was going to numb my mom’s throat. He had spray my mom’s throat with some humidifier what I thought was water and air pressure to clear the way, but It was with mix with some medication. This place is crazy expensive. These guys loot money for the simple checkups.
The staff is great and nice, but the doctor does not seem to care for patients even if they are in an obvious state of high distress and anxiety. If you have anything more serious than a simple otitis, don't go there.
I came here for nasal allergy and after taking the meds I am now suffering from facial break out!
I left after waiting and sweating in the lobby for over an hour
