Shame on him. He spent less than a couple minutes for my son’s cleaning. If only there was a supervision to boss to complain too.
Messed up my dentures that I paid him for. Ti correct hus mistake wanted to charge me more money. I also think he overcharged my insurance at the time for a se of dentures (top/bottom) when I paid out if pocket fir the top.
Bad experiences here, lack of both quality of care and bedside manner. After noticing several red flags, the clincher was when he took a non-urgent call about office maintenance issues in the middle of my root canal (!). It’s a shame because Dr Kramer was wonderful, but he retired and Dr Rosen took on his patients.
Barbara, Michelle, Gina, and Dr. Rosen were extremely helpful and professional. Great office and great staff.
Worst dental experience ever.
