I’m so happy with my experience with Dr. Rival and his team! They were very responsive and helpful in the booking, payment, and pre surgery questions. On the day of the team was so friendly and made the whole process so comfortable. I’m thrilled with my results so far & can’t wait to see my new nose fully healed.

Dr Rival declined me of a rhinoplasty now after excepting me as a patient 5 years prior for no reason. I asked for a reason to why he is declining my rhinoplasty and hasn’t come up with a valid one. Is a 15yr old not allowed to take their time in deciding if a life changing surgery is right for them? i find the way it’s being dealt with unprofessional. He’s basically alienating me for no reason. I recently visited for a consultation and came away feeling quite confused about their process. Initially, I appreciated that they requested photos and my goals up front - it seemed like a good way to save everyone time by vetting candidates beforehand.
