Today was my first appointment with Dr. Reiss. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable, from the lady at the desk to the assistants. I was very conforable there.The decor of the facility is very nice and clean. Mery was the assistant that took my x-rays. She was very nice and bubbly and a pleasure to talk to. Dr. Reiss was very nice and gave me a thorough exam, then a treatment plan. He did not try and tell me I needed procedures that weren't necessary. Overall great experience. Office setting is very modern and spotless clean, staff is very kind, quick follow ups, easy appointments and no hassle if need to reschedule. Started doing my regular dental cleaning just to give it a shot and decided to stay. The service is excellent, you get a lot of feedback from the hygienist, tips, etc... Love the doctor too!
Been going to Dr. Reiss since I could remember. They always to good care of me and even though I only see once, maybe twice a year, they make me feel right at home every time.
