I would rate this a zero if possible. It took me years and years to come forward. This dr will remember my name and the day I feel he violated me while he he a student in the room with him. I ran out and took my files and never returned.
The friendly staff is a nice change. You feel welcome.
This place was fantastic! I set up an appointment for my mom which was super easy and smooth. They allowed me to speak with her doctor who was superb and he even took time to address concerns I had . This place is a #1 choice . Incredible service, simple, clear communication . No wait time . I mean honestly everything that is a inconvenience for a dr appt was not here. This clinic is wonderful! It''s clean, beautiful and all the staff were very friendly and kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Reines was amazing, answered all my questions and explained everything in a manner that I could understand easily. Employees wore masks and gloves, maintained social distance during the COVID-19 pandemic and followed recommended procedures for sterilization and sanitation of medical equipment and the premises. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a doctor :)
