Very dismissive, does not listen to patient concerns.
I believe being a good pediatrician also means being a good teacher to first time parent(s). They depend on you to listen to their needs and concerns. Do not dismiss their questions as if they’re not of importance. At times even belittling or challenging them. A pediatrician should be a good mentor, caring and compassionate with newborns and new parents. They look to you Dr. So, to address any questions, calm their fears and guide them. For newborn care, I’m a No with Dr. So!
Don't recommend for first time moms, I felt like I immediately got dismissed after he asked if I was one. Then proceeded to feel as if he was rushing me out of the room, Even felt like he was rushing my questions, cutting me off as I was explaining things. Had concerns about colic, and breathing problems and made it feel like I don't know how to calm him down after 6/7 weeks. My baby was okay in the end, but it left me questioning if he actually was. Excellent doctor. He does not sugar code anything and gets straight to the point. He also works well with special needs children. I would recommend him to any parent.
