He could have cared less about helping with me knee. Was more interested in getting home for the weekend. Never met a doctor so disinterested in helping a patient.
His heart is not in it. Dismissive and not very friendly or welcoming. I would NOT recommend him. He should retire and go to Florida and sit by the pool.

Uncaring, wouldn't listen and dismissive. I have never had such an an unprofessional experience with a Dr. before. I broke my ankle and Dr. Masin told me to indirectly walk it off with no guidance other than to ice it and and said I should be walking in 2 weeks. Very unprofessional, I will not be back!
Dr. Mason was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient with me.
Very rude. Doesn’t even look at your chart before diagnosis.
Will not listen to your concerns, or answer your questions. Very rude when you try and find out why something is wrong.
Hip replacement. Excellent surgeon ! Will need to have the other hip done soon. Will have Dr. Masin perform the surgery again.
