I don’t usually write reviews but I was really disappointed and frustrated by my experience. I’ve been having ear issues for a few months and haven’t gotten great care throughout it, so I was hoping to start over with Dr. Gillespie given his great reviews. He walked right in, told me my “story was convoluted” and that he basically didn’t care about what’s happened over the past few months. All of the staff were AMAZING! Professional, efficient and knowledgeable are the first words that come to mind. Also patient and took the time to answer questions and assist with follow through. I would recommend them highly! I give them two thumbs up only because I don’t have 3!!
