My experience with this practice was beyond exceptional! Every person, from scheduling to check out, was kind, welcoming and compassionate. Dr Pollock was thorough in his explanation, personable and reassuring. I was BEYOND anxious! When given the option to move forward with the root canal after his assessment, I felt so at ease, that I agreed. This has NEVER happened with dental ANYTHING! Staff made me comfortable the minute I arrived and throughout the procedure. The dentist delivered what he promised, minimum discomfort and pain, exceptionalism with my root canal procedure.
They won’t waste your time. Dr Pollock gets straight to the point and I love that. My time is valuable and no one wants to spend the day at the dentist.
