Hands down, my favorite doctor. Dr. Phinney actually cares. And is extremely knowledgeable. He listens and puts your mind at ease. He encourages you, the patient, to have an active role in your own healthcare. I could not trust a doctor more. I don't know how Toledo has Dr Phinney, but I am thankful we do!
