I was referred to Dr. Marvel many years ago when he was still employed with the University of Maryland, for what was believed to be Vulvodynia. Worse “doctor” ever. I would like to advise any and every woman against seeing this so-called specialist. I already have a doctor who I see regarding a pelvic/skin issue but, wanted to get a second opinion since I have heard that Marvel specialized in this area. First of all, I made sure with his staff that he would be able to answer specific questions; otherwise I would have just stuck with my original doctor. I was advised that he would be able to.
