I can't say enough great things about my experience at Loiselle Family Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease with their warm, friendly, and professional attitude. I went in with pain that would not allow me to open my mouth more than a fraction of an inch. I let the staff know. They let Dr Louiselle know. When I tried to open my mouth for the examination I winced in pain. Dr. Louiselle then scolded me, called me hysterical, told me I behaved like a child and dismissed me without an exam. He has condescending, unprofessional and incredibly insensitive.
Wisdom tooth extraction was painless and only took 5 min.
This place has the worst staff I have ever encountered.....bad customer service all around (especially the old lady Linda!). Their scheduling is unorganized and are clueless when it comes to billing. Come prepared with cash or check only and must pay upfront or you will not be welcomed. Down right poor customer service to say the least. BEWARE!!!
I would expect a dental office to be inviting, professional and friendly. The staff is unprofessional and rude, especially that old lady LINDA! They all seem confused and unorganized when it comes to scheduling and billing. You are not welcome if you don't have cash upon entering because they want you to pay up front. BEWARE!
No one ever loves going to the dentist. But if you must, Rick is my choice and has been my dentist for 35 years. Through routine checkups and cleanings to root canals, crowns and bridges, he's the painless dentist you always hear about but don't believe really exists. He's a busy man so get your appointment early.
