I take the whole family here. I have never had any issues. Service is great and I love Elvis Music.
The staff is awful, i was not given a walk in appt. I arrived late to an actual appt and ot was given to a walk in. Good Dr, awful staff. They just lost 3 patients

I am sorry you were not seen, but as you said, you were late for your appointment and we had a full schedule with patients to see on time. Seeing you would have made the other patients late and the staff would have no time for lunch or would have caused everyone to get home late. All we can do for this situation is to re-schedule you. We do allow a 5 min. window for late comers. But it's not fair to make staff and patients suffer because the patient arrives too late to be seen.
Kind doctor with lots of experience; his office is pleasant.
