this office staff has seriously mishandled my mother's care causing a delay in her treatment. from putting in the incorrect code for testing to continuing to order a brace for the incorrect leg. this has been going on for 2 weeks. I still do not have an order for the correct leg for the brace. Tried calling office nobody picks up the phone and was on hold for 30 minutes with no one answering the call. terrible

This doctor Richard wulff was an angel of god that healed my compound fracture tibia and tibia gave me my leg back and I appreciate his life and work for what I have been given today thank goodness for Richard wulff he gave me 20 screws and two plates. I was a crash course dummy on the freeway in a Japanese Camry and it wasn’t coincidental that it happened and he’s a bare witness to my pain and suffering. Was my doctor many years ago ... was very condescending and unprofessional. Written derogatory notes about me in terms of my personality and mannerisms... expecting the maturity of a 50 year old from a 19 year old... found my major issue afterwards which was never an option was the plate location which greatly impacted my mobility of my joint. I will never recommend why his former practice partner who treated me a few years before I will and still do recommend to everyone.
