Dr. Richard Mendoza is an ' OutstandingDoctor' I have no complaints about this Doctor, he is excellent in his field & also because he knows how to treat all his patients I'm sure, becausehe is very very kind & explains everything in detail concerning my examinations for the last 31 years.My concern is, I believe he has only '1''Optometrist' that works with him? This doctor performed cataract surgery on my wife and he did not place the lens correctly in her eye and blamed it on another eye condition for this and stating 'it happens'. His staff is not very friendly either, they should be trained on how to be courteous to people. Also, as I am writing this, we are waiting for a laser surgery at the Fresno surgical hospital. We have been here close to 3 hours. He is very inconsiderate of people's time all because he is a surgeon. What a joke! Have some respect for people's time! This w... read more
I love Dr. Mendoza. Very positive and professional person who is also down to earth and friendly. Nice to have a professional in your corner when you are in need. Paul
Dr. Mendoza does a thorough exam, and is very conservative when it comes to prescribing medication or procedures. He listens carefully, and explains everything very clearly. He is always friendly and appreciative of his patients. Having had cataract surgery I found it a fascinating procedure. Dr. Mendoza has a very calming voice and explains what he is doing as the procedure progresses. It is only a short time before everything is done.
