I had significant jaw pain and discomfort. My general dentist saw me and diagnosed an infected tooth which, she could not treat. I was referred to this endodontist. The practice scheduler worked diligently to accomodate me and the doctor and staff stayed late on, Friday afternoon to help me. Staff very unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable, not once did i see either girl smile. Dr Michaud was very vague during treatment and I felt he rushed me out once he realized he was not able to treat my tooth. Staff made rude comments in front of me regarding being on hold with my dentist. Front desk asked for payment in full the front desk girl seems annoyed when i told her i had insurance. Very unprofessional from everyone in that office.
I highly recommend Dr. Michaud for root canal treatment, he was awesome, very knowledgeable and it was fast and painless. I was expecting the worst and it was nothing at all!!!!!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Michaud, he is friendly and courtesy and truly knows his stuff. I have complete confidence in his work and refuse to let anyone else do a root canal for me or a family member. He saved me a lot of money and wasted time with another dentist who tried to put a crown on a tooth that was fractured and could not be saved and he really made an earnest attempt to save the tooth.
