All the staff there and dr Michaud was awesome very nice and walked me through the whole procedure and told me everything he was going to do. Definitely would go back again when needed for a root canal.

As a retired dentist( Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon), I unfortunately have needed multiple root canals in my life. I recently required an emergency root canal on a second molar( tooth number 2 ). Dr. Richard Michaud performed an emergency root canal for me. This was the best root canal experience that I had. If I ever need another he is the first Doctor that I will call. His office equipment is state of the art and his staff ( Irella et all )is excellent. Thank you for relieving my pain and saving my weekend!!
RecommendedThey took me the same day I was referred . I was fortunate they were taking patients during the quarantine. No complaints. Great care with extra precautions to protect me and their staff. Procedure was uneventful and I feel 100% better. I am especially grateful for their assistance in completing a claim form to my dental plan so that I was reimbursed for some of my out of pocket expense.
I just finished my root canal that I put off for way too long. I was afraid because my problem was under a crown. Finally, I went to Dr Frey. He was outstanding. His kind, calm demeanor was comforting. I would recommend him 💯 %. I had to pay out of my pocket, but before I left the office they had submitted the bill to my insurance company and the claim was processed without hassle. My insurance paid 1/4 of the claim. From the receptionist Dawn, welcoming patients and explaining everything from the billing process to the follow up, To Dr Frey with his reassuring demeanor and gentle painless touch especially dealing with anxious patients (me), I can wholehearted recommend this practice.
