Was a patient of Dr. Rich 25+ years & never had any issues; I used to recommend lots of business to his practice over the years. To be fair, he has good chairside personality & listens well; strives for his patients. However, there was a time when we apparently had a disagreement, unbeknownst to me, where he contacted me one night and, frankly, b!tch'd me out about a misunderstanding on my part. Horrible. Prescribed glass. Went to another Dr. when glasses did nothing for me. I have cataracts. He was unfriendly When I asked for copy of prescription I was told he usually charges 25 for a copy.
Great Doctor!!! He takes his time with patients. Easy to talk to and explains things throughly.
One hour is way too long for a eye doctors appointment and half that time was waiting for some one to fit me for new glasses I decided instead of sitting there wasting my time I will go some place where they want my business
