Jan 27th 1995. Day I'll never forget. I was 25 and in an accident where a car fell on me. Since I had been pinned under a vehicle and had suspected internal injuries, i was taken to St Mary's as a trauma patient. A much younger Dr. Weiner performed orthopedic surgery on my right ankle/leg that was badly crushed. He did, in my opinion, an excellent job. He worked with what he had and repaired using plates and screws. He was honest with me and didn't sugar coat anything. He told me at my discharge from his office that it would... read more

Unfortunately Alice is mistaken. There is no mention whatsoever in my notes with the diagnosis she reports in the public complaint. It is a complete misrepresentation of the diagnosis, recommendations, and instructions for follow-up. Richard L. Weiner, MD

Dr Weiner examined me in his office in October and declared I had gouty arthritis. Gave me a shot in my knee and the visit was over. I continued to have unbearable pain with no office follow up on mri results.I avoided purine foods and had blood work declaring 6.0 uric acid no gout!!my mri showed meniscus tear, PCL year,MCL low grade sprain, grade 3 chondral loss and bone marrow edema. No Dr Weiner contact . If this is your idea of good medicine see Dr Weiner or 3 months of severe pain don’t see him and choose another orthop... read more

He explains in depth any procedures he is going to do. He tries very hard to not cause pain and and uses lidocaine so that you barely feel injections into the joints of knees and shoulders in my case. Tomorrow I am going to see him for a treatment of IOVERA ten days before my total knee replacement surgery. This procedure freezes the ne... read more

I went to meet with Dr Weiner, it was my first appointment. This may have been the most enlightening visit I’ve ever had with any doctor in my whole life. He has great mannerisms, and obviously is very professional. I really found the right person for my knee problem.
