I love Dr. Vera. He is great and I would give 5 stars for him and his staff. However, they rent their office from Baylor Scott and White and their billing is atrocious. I don’t mind paying. And I get that when you use a surgery center, you will also get a separate bill. But when you go to his office for a consult or a follow up, where all you did was park and talk in the office (no services) and I get a $300 bill because BSW codes it as an emergency room visit, I have a problem. I saw this dr years ago and he was horrible! So glad I never went back and found much better drs.

Well, trying this practice again. Can’t be too picky at this point. Will update again post the procedure(s). BTW, the PA is very nice as well as knowledgeable.
