Had lip lift that resulted in massive swelling because steroids not given to me. As a result I was left with disfigurement that required over 2 years of surgery and left my mouth disfigured, Dr Nesmith stopped treating me, very arrogant and condescending, I’ve been to other surgeons but they won’t touch it, be warned, he is not a good surgeon.
Dr. Nesmith and staff are very professional and make you feel very comfortable from the time you go for consultation to end of surgery. I’ve had surgery with Dr. Nesmith before and was never disappointed through the entire process.
I had a Full Face Lift 6 or so years ago. My wife says Dr. Nesmith is an ARTIST when it comes to this proceedure. Thank you !
I had a lower face lift, upper and lower blephroplasty, ear lobe revision. I wish I could say that I was satisfied with my results for the money that I spent. My lower face, mouth, and jowls are still very droopy. I brought this up to him several times with no offer to improve my results. My experience with Dr. Nesmith was that I ended up with bad results from surgery - scarring and shortage of skin. The type of surgery I had was very specific but evidently I was just given the everyday surgery that everyone else gets. Skills are not good.
Have had numerous cosmetic surgeries by Dr. Nesmith mostly surgeries correcting what he did. First surgery never given steroids therefore much swelling and ruptured stitches that required many corrective surgeries that resulted in less than satisfactory results. Facelift not done by involving muscles resulting in short lived results. Only pulling the skin is considered archaic by plastic surgeons yet this is what I received.
