My refraction experience was not up to par for Dr. Jahnle‘s practice. It was conducted by a technician on a machine. The optometrist looked at it, said not much change, signed it and left the room. Not acceptable. I will not be back.
Very impressed and totally satisfied with Dr Jahnle. Explained everything he was doing and then took the time to ask if I had any questions. Would highly recommend this practice.

Very happy with Dr Jahnle. He is personable and easy to talk with. He doesn't talk at me. Tammy in his Havertown office is a wonderful asset to Dr Jahnle's team. She has walked me through the paperwork and much of the process in preparing me for cataract surgery. She has a special gift for allaying fears about the surgery.
