TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You would think the patient comes first... not in this office! We decided to try out this practice 2 years ago, had an average experience. Glasses did not come in when they said they would so we had to return to pick them up at a later date.. Fast forward to February 2015, I'm not sure if the practice has been sold or under new management, but the customer service has plummeted! Awesome Experience! Nice friendly staff, and now I can see again. I felt that the Dr. listened to what I was saying when explaining my difficulties with long, and short range vision. He explained what I thought was an unconventional method for correcting both problems. We tried it and it worked. I also feel that it needs to be said again, Great Friendly Staff!! Thanks!
Our entire family uses Dr. Heggeland for our annual eye check-ups and we have been seeing him for 10 years. He is very thorough and friendly. The office staff is super friendly and helpful also. We highly recommend their business!
Love these people! Very wiling to spend time on your eye exam, helping to decide what's best for your eys, anad if needed, choosing frames that fit your budget!!!
