I have been consistently disappointed with Dr. Richard L. Francisco’s service. He is frequently late and rarely arrives on time for scheduled appointments. On several occasions, I’ve had to wait only to be informed that another doctor would have to step in because Dr. Francisco was unavailable. This ongoing issue of tardiness and lack of reliability is concerning and unprofessional. In addition, the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. Great front desk!! DR. Richard Francisco great pcp doctor !! I would tell anyone that needs one to go to him.. I was looking for one and found him couple months ago ,very happy I did!!He takes care of you, very calm and collective also doesn’t just prescribe you sum medication to take , if it’s real problems you feel you have anywhere on your body you tell him straight up and he refers you to the right specialist doctors for the specific problems you are having trust in his word he knows what he’s doing !
