I had an appointment at 3:30 and waited three hours to be called. The worst part is, he only spent 15 minutes with me. He took almost an hour with every other patient but completely rushed me because they were closing. I asked for a yearly checkup, and he only checked my spine… nothing else. Unbelievable!
I have been consistently disappointed with Dr. Richard L. Francisco’s service. He is frequently late and rarely arrives on time for scheduled appointments. On several occasions, I’ve had to wait only to be informed that another doctor would have to step in because Dr. Francisco was unavailable.
