Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke they set your appointment for a certain time and you don't get called back for an hour plus after your SCHEDULED appointment. The girls that work there are a joke as well not friendly, no respect for anyone and the office is completely disgusting and don't get me started on the restroom. I only saw the actual dentist there once..Once! (And he wreaked of cigarette smoke.)They made me wait almost 5 hours in the chair to be seen while they all were gossiping and pla... read more
It's weird that the website says such good things about Richard. I've not seen anything good, nor have I actually ever seen him in person since I been going to his office since June of 2024 FOR DENTURES. his receptionist with the short stubby sharp shark teeth refused to proceed with my dentures. When I called on March 25, 2026 to get my records she told me she couldn't find them. When I went to the last appointment in July of 2026, they still did not have my dentures.
