I enjoyed seeing Dr. Kramer however I have just determined that they are ripping me off. I have tried to explain to the front staff who are extremely rude and they are trying to justify the charges. Now I have to dispute the credit card payment, and I would suggest anyone that has gone there to check to see if they were ripped off too.
Very rude front desk person. Completely refuses to give estimates. I have never had to deal with something like that where front desk can't give you an estimate for exactly what you need without seeing the doctor and paying the fee. I went in knowing what I needed done, had to pay the fee just to hear the number and walk out of that place. Kind of terrible customer service.
