Dr. Klump performed surgery on me and left me in worse shape than before the surgery. I had to have two more surgeries to correct the problem he caused.
Dr. Klump does not take time to listen to the patient. He did not read my X-ray before surgery and performed surgery on me without knowing my kidney stone was too high in my kidney to be reached in surgery (this would have been noticed on the X-ray). In my follow up, he once again did not check my details and entered the appt confused about the details of my surgery which he had done a week prior, and once again attempted to get me to do surgery on my kidney without looking at the X-ray. Recently had an appt scheduled for 11:30. Dr didn't even show up til 12:30! Proceeded to rush through my visit and didn't even mention going over my ultrasound results. Had to scramble to find the ultrasound, then read to me the results of an ultrasound on my kidneys, not my liver, which is what the ultrasound was for in the first place. Will be moving to another doctor soon
