The young lady in the red hair was extremely helpful and friendly. The doctor was very kind as well. I definitely recommend coming here.
When in for post nasal drip that started when i got covid and just told me to take Allegra d and flonase. Hopefully this saves someone $138.
Spent 10 minutes talking about his cataracts and suspenders. Then, asked me "Why such a pretty girl had such an ugly nose ring", referring to my septum ring. Couldn't understand how my ears had been injured and told me nothing was wrong. Went my personal ENT who immediately diagnosed me as having a Eustachian tube spasm caused by an accident at work that caused barotrauma. I don't recommend Dr. Richard Trevino at all...Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing. I came in with an ear infection and significant hearing loss. After examining me, he told me I would never regain my hearing and then shifted the conversation to his own hearing loss....Thankfully, I sought a second opinion from another specialist who properly diagnosed and treated my condition. Called,told receptionist I was coming from SF,drove 50 miles.After half hour in an uncomfortable loud lobby due to an Asian elderly couple/patient that were yelling at the receptionist about some type of dispute. Spent-5 mins in exam room- Doctor Trevino tells me “he no longer does surgery’s”. Something that could have been disclosed on initial appointment phone call. Absolute waste of time- Dr Trevino should just retire-stop milking insurance for b.s. office visits.
