This was by far the worst experience in my life. The office and the staff and doctor were extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in because I have nonstop ringing in my ears. I told him that I was scared because it never happened to me before, and it shifted to him and his own hearing loss. The whole entire office is cold and unprofessional. The doctor is not personable, lacks empathy and is unfit.

Personally I felt very dismissed and did not seem to care for my condition. Did not understand nor what to hear me and would not help me with solving my condition instead just told me to do the care that I told him that does not work for me. I would not recommend this doctor due to his lack of bedside manners.

Terrible experience—misdiagnosed, dismissed!!!!! I scheduled a same-day appointment on July 1st with Dr. Trevino due to persistent ear pain that I experience for past couple of days. Within seconds of looking into my right ear, he dismissed my concerns and claimed I had TMJ. When I asked how TMJ could cause pain deep inside my ear rather than my jaw or neck, he insisted a nerve wrapping around the ear was the cause. Although the reviews suggest otherwise, I’ve visited this facility twice over the past 10 years. On both occasions, I was treated with care and professionalism, particularly by the doctor and front desk team. The doctor was efficient, thorough in evaluation, and provided a clear path forward.
