Although the reviews suggest otherwise, I’ve visited this facility twice over the past 10 years. On both occasions, I was treated with care and professionalism, particularly by the doctor and front desk team. The doctor was efficient, thorough in evaluation, and provided a clear path forward.
I recently had my ear wax removed, and I truly want to thank Dr. Richard J. Trevino. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. His 40 years of experience clearly show in the way he works—confident, skilled, and reassuring. The young lady in the red hair was extremely helpful and friendly. The doctor was very kind as well. I definitely recommend coming here.
When in for post nasal drip that started when i got covid and just told me to take Allegra d and flonase. Hopefully this saves someone $138.
