Personally I felt very dismissed and did not seem to care for my condition. Did not understand nor what to hear me and would not help me with solving my condition instead just told me to do the care that I told him that does not work for me. I would not recommend this doctor due to his lack of bedside manners.
Terrible experience—misdiagnosed, dismissed!!!!! I scheduled a same-day appointment on July 1st with Dr. Trevino due to persistent ear pain that I experience for past couple of days. Within seconds of looking into my right ear, he dismissed my concerns and claimed I had TMJ. Although the reviews suggest otherwise, I’ve visited this facility twice over the past 10 years. On both occasions, I was treated with care and professionalism, particularly by the doctor and front desk team. The doctor was efficient, thorough in evaluation, and provided a clear path forward.
I recently had my ear wax removed, and I truly want to thank Dr. Richard J. Trevino. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. His 40 years of experience clearly show in the way he works—confident, skilled, and reassuring.
