Went in at 9:59 am to get a new pair of nose guards put on my son's glasses and they were supposed to be open till noon and they were closed. Update your hours. No sign that at all that said out on a break or anything.

We bought glasses from them and paid over $500. They charged a professional fee of nearly $100. A few months later, the glasses broke. We took the glasses to them. They said they had another “new” pair in the office. I paid $275 for what they said was a “new” pair. Exactly 2 days later, the glasses broke in the exact same spot. Beware of this Doctor and his office staff. They will take your money without, making sure their patients truly understand what they are paying for. My elderly father needed glasses and went here. What a big mistake. They took advantage of his trust in them, believing that they would take care of him and they didn’t. They didn’t give him an estimate because according to them, he didn’t ask for one, He ended up paying over $1000 between out-of-pocket and insurance benefits to have his lenses replaced.
