Predatory billing practices. Sends you a notice within 30 days of service telling you to pay or you'll be sent to collections. No references to date of service. I honestly thought it might be a scam. I don't even remember meeting a Richard Koesel, during my procedure. However I remember the nurse warning me about their aggressive billing practices.
