When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were friendly, warm, and welcoming. I instantly felt at home and comfortable in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
