Yall do not go to this doctor at all. Rude staff and nonchalant. Will be switching to another primary provider. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND STAY FARRRRR AWAY FROM THEM. They don’t answer phone calls and never respond back to voicemails and even pharmacies that request for a refill. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE TO HAVE THIS PLACE AS YOUR PRIMARY CARE. DONT DOO IT!!!
My husband went to Dr. Wright for a physical and did his blood work. My husband never got his results. He finally called and was told his results were fine. I looked at his results and saw that his cholesterol and A1C were elevated. My husband called back for and they said he could come in to discuss. He was scheduled for 10:30am and at 12 noon he was still sitting there, and no doctor. My husband literally just had to walk out. No apology, just an offer to reschedule. This is sad 😢
Dr Wright is a very nice and sympathetic doctor but the wait time is crazy. We waited an hour and 35 mins to see him after the appt time. Also, getting bloodwork results for my elderly parents is more difficult than anything. The nurse who spoke on the phone to us about the bloodwork was rude, unprofessional and spoke about herself in third person. She needs to be replaced!
