I had been seen once before by another urologist and never felt that he understood my problems or listened to what I was experiencing. In speaking with Dr. Rabinowitz he listened and took more time with me then any specialist I have seen before. Thanks to his patience and his urology knowledge he helped diagnose my problem and with his treatment I am felling better then I have felt in years. Also, he is always on time and his staff has been very courteous.
Positively the worst experience I have ever had. Would not recommend to anyone. Canceled appointments with no notice. Un-helpful staff.
Dr Rabinowitz is a phony. After being a patient of his for several years my impression of him was that he seemed to care and was looking out for my best interest. The truth came out on my last visit. I had a cardiac stent placed last November by a heart doctor and on my last visit to Rabinowitz he said he would not continue to prescribe the medication I was on unless my heart doctor would sign a release. Dr. Rabinowitz was so helpful, kind, caring to me and my family. He was always professional and his genuine concern for my health was obvious. His staff were also always kind and supportive to us. Thank you. I would highly recommend Dr Rabinowitz.
Dr. Rabinowitz "nailed it" with a perfect solution to my problem. Wonderful, caring Doctor with a warm and friendly personality. Additionally, I am always greeted by the wonderful "Linda" with the most beautiful personality. Brightens my day!
Dr. Rabinowitz was polite and courteous. He spent the time with me to review my records and condition and ten discussed options. He never pressured me to make one decision versus another and I felt we shared in my treatment planning.
Excellent doctor. Referred for evaluation of abnormal PSA. Discussed everything with me before including options before I elected to proceed with biopsy. Biopsy showed I had prostate cancer. He discussed results and options, even options he could not offer but that he could refer me for. He is very direct and honest. He explains things in detail and in language I could understand. Some people may want more handholding but I wanted to know my options, and honest outcomes.
INCOMPETENCE!! Unbelievably, Dr. Rabinowitz DENIED requests from the pharmacy to refill prescription MULTIPLE times for no reason! 2 weeks after a 2nd biopsy he tells me I have CANCER and then has me come back with my wife 3 WEEKS later. We tell him I want laparoscopic surgery so he recommends Moffitt. He informed us that my records would be sent to them that same day. Over 2 weeks later they are FINALLY sent. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
