The office manager/nurse and doctor are very bad at communicating. One time I scheduled an appointment for an allergy test, and the nurse did not inform me over the phone to refrain from taking any pills within a week of the test, so I showed up and had to pay for an office visit that was worthless to me. Dr Hrdlicka has been my family physician for almost 40 years and still takes care of us today. He delivered both my children when he practiced as an obstetrician and has been with us through good times and bad. He has cured my allergies and helped to keep us in good health with minimal use of drugs. He has been more than a doctor to our family, he has also been a great listener and a compassionate caregiver. I have only seen this doctor one time. He took down all my symptoms, and ordered some blood tests. However, he never really examined me. Maybe that is because it was during the pandemic. But, no checking of ears, neck, anything. Also, he told me he was ordering a complete panel to check my ANA because previously I had a positive blood test for that.
