I visited Dr. Harwood to have a wisdom tooth removed. I had a consult where he took an x-ray and explained what the procedure entailed and encouraged me to ask questions. When I returned for the procedure, he helped keep me calm and talked to me throughout the entire procedure. He has great bedside manner and was very funny. His assistant (Nexia) was also super sweet. Found out he retired unfortunately.
I had such a great experience here. The staff and Dr. Harwood were wonderful. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and calm - even the front desk woman offered her headphones for me during my wisdom tooth extraction. It was quick, painless, and healed *so* quickly. Dr. Harwood even calls you personallyto see how you are doing later that day. Lots of little things that go the extra mile for their service. Really appreciated the professionalism, skills, and kindness. Highly recommend this place!
Dr. Harwood and his staff are amazing. When I initially called to book my appointment, the front desk staff was totally professional. Angela explained to me that I needed to get my Covid-19 test before coming in for the appointment. 5 Stars. Safe environment. I arrived early the staff was at lunch, but Dr. Harwood let me in and told me to have a seat. Excellent Surgeon!!! Excellent Staff!!! Excellent Experience!!! I had a bad experience from another dentist and had to get a bone graff done over. A friend said he knows of a good dentist and suggested I go to Dr. Harwood. As soon as you walk in the office you are greeted by Carolyn and Angela two very perfesional and friendly secretary's.
