I saw Dr. Leggett while in the hospital, very professional and caring, to bad he is not seeing new patients, as soon as he does I will try to get in.
Very caring and concerned about his patients.
Front desk service has completely gone downhill. Phone calls not being returned. Having to lave voicemails and not reach an actual person. Not getting clear answers regarding insurance. Office usually is great but something has changed.
PA and most staff are great, the billing agency is horrible! I spend more time fixing billing errors than I do in the doctors office. Receptionist made up excuses why I was billed when she had absolutely no clue and shouldn't have been guessing. The billing portion is part of the service one provides and should be taken more seriously!
