Great doctor, but the secretary calls to tell you to pick up your glasses and doesn't ever bother to tell you their odd hours.Only open 4 days a week Mon -Thurs and only open until noon on Tuesday and Thursday. Be careful not to make a trip for nothing.
Very friendly, professional. Staff is very knowledgeable. Will be going back when I need to get new glasses
The dr got my prescription wrong and when i told him it wasnt right he got an attitude about it, then made me wait for a new appt to get a new eye exam. Then when the new lens were readu, they still were not correct. He told me to go home try them a few days, so knowing better i did and now i am stuck with the wrong prescription glasses that cause migraines and headaches.
Him and his staff are great ,.I went to him because another eye doctor i see told me I didn't have nothing wrong with my eyes , and I had cadracts so bad I was almost blind he sent me to a specialist they was awesome they fixed me up , and I went back to doctor Billman he hooked me up with my regular glasses I recommend him to anyone
