I saw Shugarman after waiting weeks for an appointment, (he only works one day a week). His front desk personnel is rude and difficult. Even so, I went through with a cataract evaluation. The doctor told me I had dry eyes and sent me away with an expired coupon for drops. He said since I had Lasik, removing my cataracts probably would not help my vision. He also said my cataracts are congenital? What! No one is born with cataracts. No other medical advice. Needless to say, I got another opinion and am scheduled for surgery. ... read more
I saw Dr. Shugarman at the Boynton Beach office. I had a metal of metal stuck in my eye and he and his staff stayed a little late to care for me. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and Dr. Shugarman was very personable. Very thankful for him and his staff!!
