I came for a routine cleaning and it was a very long wait - not entirely sure what the dentist was doing. He said it was becuase a receptionist was out so one of the nurses had to cover. The cleaning was ok but didn't seem very thorough. DDS made a lot of small talk and I didn't leave with a goodie bag (typically dentists provide one - toothbrush/ toothpaste/ etc) nor did I book another appt.
