To sum it all up is that Dr. Strongwater is an immense comfort factor when I see him. He clearly let's you know what's important and what is not. His answers are clear and concise.
Dr. Strongwater is an excellent diagnostician. He has the ability to identify ailments at their onset and treat or refer patients to the proper specialists.
Dr. Strongwater is rarely in the office and no one else in the practice is able to handle issues that arise when he is away. The front office makes a lot of mistakes and communication is poor. Dr. Strongwater seems like a decent doctor, but the people around him are terrible.
I have been Dr. Strongwater's patient for more than 20 years, and I'm not dead yet. I am very pleased with the care I receive
Dr. Strongwater is an excellent physician and previously it was very easy and convenient to make an appointment, however, since joining with NY Presbyterian the policy is if you were a prior patient seen more than 2 or 3 years ago, you need to first make an appointment for the consultation, then re-schedule weeks later for a physical, Even after advising them my son would be traveling in from California and only here for 3 days next month they were unable to make an exception. What a shame.
The best doctor I have ever gone too. Very understanding and nice.
