Dr Mallin is great. His staff and billing system is awful. Just received a bill from 2021! I called and they said I probably didn’t get the first one!! Ok so you wait 2 years to send another one. Are you kidding me? I think the billers should be fired. Many other competent people that can use a job! Dr Mallin should really check up on his staff who are not very helpful at all!!!!!
They could care less about the patient. Waiting over two hours to be seen is unacceptable. I will be seeking another Dr.
Never met a nicer and caring Doctor. Does not rush you and gives you his full attention. Wish more Doctors were like him.

I was very comfortable talking with Dr Gandotra. He listened carefully to what I had to say and never rushed me or interrupted me. He was very knowledgeable and he exuded trust. Rare in a doctor nowadays. I'm glad he's my doctor. 😁
Felt very rushed was rude when we asked him questions and seem very uninterested in what our concerns were do not recommend very unpleasant experience.
I have been to both Great Neck & Glen Cove offices and found the wait time of an hour and a half to over two hours to see Dr. Simonson to be unacceptable. He is knowledgeable and precise, but can be rude and abrupt.
Doctor Mallin may be not a bad doctor but his office is the most chaotic and disorganized I've ever seen. Impossible to get hold of his assistant or get him to reply to your messages. Want to obtain your medical records? Impossible. Been trying for more than a month. Filled the form, asked in person, left countless messages. Begged. All in vain.
