Dr. Kramer is a very nice guy… however, the office staff are so beyond rude. Specifically Tina I think her name was. She cuts you off, does not hear you out, and hangs up the phone before you can finish your sentence. I went in for my consultation and I did not have my referral or insurance information with me because I came from the hospital where I was dealing with an family emergency and she yelled at me for not being prepared. I had 2 wisdom teeth out and also did some extra work on extra gum tissue I had, was a little nervous bout it but after all it went pretty good. I liked how there was other people in the room helping. I was surprised Dr Kramer called me on Saturday , that’s an oral surgeon that cares!! He was calm. Great service all around.
Dr.Kramer works fast. He gets you in and out and gets the job done very well. Highly recommend!
Had to have an implant post put in and Dr Kramer was great! Execution was so smooth, no pain, and healing is already well underway! The staff is also very kind! Thanks for the great service!
I had the best experience at this practice! Dr.Kramer placed my implant and did a phenomenal job. I consulted with him after a disappointing experience with another local oral surgeon. Dr. Kramer is amazing with patient communication and he is also incredibly honest and fairly priced- please take my advice on this.
